Description
CV joint axles are an excellent modern upgrade for your TVR 2500M. CV joints are stronger, more efficient and smoother operating than the original universal joints. The benefits include less chance of failure, more power delivery to the wheels and better handling.
This pair of axles are the correct lengths to fit in a TVR 2500M with a Nissan 6-bolt R200 or R200B differential installed. The assembly includes two Good Parts upgraded rear hubs (SKU 112) with your choice of wheel stud length. The kit includes mounting hardware for the axles and hubs.

NOTE: Some grinding may be required for proper installation. For more information click here for installation instructions.
Ordering Guide:
- Some R200B differentials have threaded holes in the axle flanges requiring short bolts and lock washers while others have non threaded holes requiring long bolts and nuts. From what I can determine, the 3.357:1 through 1/2010, all 3.538:1 and 3.692:1 through 2011 have non threaded holes and use LONG bolts. 3.357:1 after 1/2010 and 3.692:1 2012 and later have threaded holes and use SHORT bolts. Choose long or short bolts in the drop box.
- All R200, 3.357:1 and 3.538:1 R200B differentials have unthreaded holes in their output flanges and require LONG axle mounting bolts. Choose long bolts in the drop box.
- If you are unable to confirm which bolt holes your differential has or have not yet purchased a differential, order the long bolts. If your differential has threaded holes they can be drilled out to accommodate the long bolts.
Available Wheel Stud Lengths:
7/8″ = Wire wheels
1-3/16″ = Factory steel wheels and most aftermarket alloy wheels
1-3/8″ = Alloy wheels with thicker center flange (may require measuring to ensure proper lug nut thread depth)
1-9/16″ or 1-3/4″ = Wheels + wheel spacers
2-1/4″ (+1/4″ unthreaded nose) = Full length for custom cutting or open ended lug nuts
2″ (+1/4″ unthreaded nose) ½-20 ARP = Larger ½-20 studs for increased strength, made by ARP
Wheel studs are standard 7/16-20 thread unless specified otherwise. Wheel stud length is measured from the face of the wheel flange without the brake drum installed.
