Axle/Hub Assembly, CV Joint, Stag with Stock Differential, Pair

Description

CV joint axles are an excellent modern upgrade for your TR6.  CV joints are stronger, more efficient and smoother operating than the original universal joints.  The benefits include less chance of failure, more power delivery to the wheels and better handling.

This pair of axles are the correct length to fit in a Triumph Stag with an original differential installed.  The assembly includes two Good Parts upgraded rear hubs (SKU 112).  The kit includes adapters to bolt the axles to the original differential and mounting hardware for the axles and hubs.

Wheel studs are standard 7/16-20 thread and 1-1/4″ long.  Shorter wheel studs for wire wheel adapters are available by request.  The heads of the wheel studs are countersunk into the wheel flange to clear the brake adjuster on Triumph Stags.  Wheel stud length is measured from the face of the wheel flange without the brake drum installed.

NOTE:  Stag trailing arms have less clearance than TR4A-TR6 trailing arms and will  require grinding for proper installation.  For more information click here for installation instructions.
